My foot is so sore today

7 days of having this cold now. Nothing more than a constant runny nose. For that I am grateful but the severity of how much is running is so annoying. I did have a few days where my energy was so low I couldn’t get much housework done but thankfully it passed.
The past two or three days I’ve had the most unusual symptom. My left food is in so much pain I can barely put any weight on it. The very left side of my foot by the arch. It’s swollen as well. I have done absolutely nothing to hurt myself so I really have no idea what it could be besides something to do with this cold or virus whatever it is. Stranger things happen.
I have a lot of running around I have to do tomorrow so I may try to sit today and put my foot up. My little one and I read books this morning and will read more soon but this morning I had so much phlegm that I had little voice to read and had to keep clearing my throat which didn’t really help much.
My little one is sneezing and I think may have a little runny nose so I think she has caught it now.

Those are pretty things you and your little girl prepred.
Hope you will check on your foot by consulting a doctor. I am going through weakness in my limbs after physiotherapy. Will consult a doctor if it does not subside with time.

I've had a runny nose but no cold. I think mine is from allergies.
Your foot is rebelling from something.

The little crafts are beautifully made. I had an accident two days ago. I was going back home after dropping my kids off at school on a two-wheeler, as it was drizzling and the road was wet, so when I applied the brakes, it slipped and fell. I injured my knee badly. It's been painful since that day. I have to eat a painkiller while going to work in the morning.
