Sigh.
I used to be, well I still am, but I don't act upon it, but I used to be addicted to chocolate bars. Chocolate in general.
Eight months ago I gave up chocolate and had always been eating chocolate-flavored protein bars but started eating more of them when I gave up chocolate.
Now I'm addicted to the protein bars.
You're going to say, "Just have 1 or 2, not 6" and "Everything in moderation" but obviously you haven't met me. I'm not good at moderation.
So I'm going to finish off the protein bars I have in our pantry but not buy them again. It's my only way I know is to get them out of the house or else I'll eat too many of them.
Are you addicted to anything?

I can easily see how you could transfer your love of chocolate for protein bars. Some of those protein bars taste like candy bars

I didn’t gain all the weight that I have thankfully lost by eating in moderation. I understand the issue. That’s why I like the point system: got the points? REALLY want to blow them on eight Peppermint Patty candy bars? Go for it.
