Whats For Dinner? / myLot

Happy Thursday everyone! It was an icy start to the day but the temperatures rose and a good portion of it melted. Still a bit on the driveway so my daughter will throw some ice melt on it when she finishes work. Today was kind of a backwards day since I'm usually here when I have my morning coffee. My day was busy and I just put dinner in the oven. Nothing fancy....turkey sausages, baked potatoes and roasted cauliflower. I was originally planning on doing the sausages with peppers and onions but my daughter said she wasn't really in the mood for peppers and onions so I went with plan B. Hope your day went well. What's cooking in your house tonight?

You dinner sound good! We are going leftovers. I had one pork steak left over and my hubby and I will split that and have some mac and cheese to go with it. He hasn't felt like eating today, but said he would try that.

I had a hot dog and french fries from a potato. I cooked both in the air fryer.

Hello. We are getting rain here. I enjoy it as long as it isn't in torrents and lasts forever. We are having fish tonight and corn. I haven't had a baked potato in a long time.
