Are you a Bluey fan?

Bluey is a very popular cartoon educational character here in Australia. My daughter adores thes short television serial episodes. But it looks like some people take it beyond their television. We saw this blue car outside a store last week with license plates stating "Bluey". I'm not sure if the owner was just a fan of the blue color or was a not-so-secret fan of the TV series! Or maybe they have a child who's a Bluey fan!
