Ever experienced a Japanese tea ceremony? It's a beautiful tradition called "the way of tea", where making and drinking tea is turned into an art form. The host's graceful movements and the serene setting create a calming atmosphere. During the ceremony, matcha tea is usually prepared with precision and elegance, often accompanied by a sweet treat to balance its bitterness. It's a unique cultural experience that offers a glimpse into Japan's rich traditions. I can't wait to experience it one day and immerse myself in this moment of mindfulness!

I haven't experienced it. I am a tea lover. What's your favorite tea?

Oh yes, I saw the Japanese tea ceremony before. The preparation was slow, deliberate, and graceful with purpose.

Is it in person, or on tv? I saw a few ceremonies too but only online on YouTube and from watching some Japanese movies.
