I have Xfinity internet, and I had to have a tech come out to the house as my Modem was not getting a signal. I was told by the agent on the phone there would be no charge. The technician came and got me connected. A week later I see my bill and I have been charged $100 for installation. I tried talking to an agent online, but the person didn't seem to understand written English. Kept wanting to test my service. Nothing wrong with service, just want that $100 gone.
Anyway, I decided to drive up to their local office. I sat and talked with Jarid, and he found the conversation I had with the agent that said No Charge. They record all communication now days. Anyway, they are taking off the $100.
Went to the Orthopedica place that keeps sending me a bill that I do not owe. The lady at the local office said she didn't have anything to do with billing, the billing is done in Tallahassee. BUT...she gave me an extension to use to get through easier.
Then I went to a different Walmart than my usual one. Callaway Walmart is a lot bigger than the one I go to, and they use their space very well. The one I normally go to has less space, and doesn't use it very well at ALL!
When I went in I saw they had only 1 roasted chicken out. I didn't want to grab it as it would be cold by the time I got done shopping, so took my chances that they might come out with more before I left.
I so enjoyed that store. They has curtains..on both sides of the aisle. I couldn't find any curtains at my store. Got a nice table cloth, and a dish mat. By the time I was ready to go..there were over a dozen roasted chickens out and had only been out in the bin about 10 min. SO Guess what we had for Supper?
Didn't win on my scratch offs, but sure did win with my shopping. I am feeling better, but Tom is having a set back.

A well-laid out store makes a huge difference to a shopping trip.
