And hubby won a prize by sitting in the right chair. He got a bag full of candy. Of course I took the M&Ms. They had these African violets sitting on the tables for decoration. They sent them home with people. There was still a few left when we got ready to go so she had me grab 2. And yes that is my confused Christmas cactus right behind them getting ready to bloom.
The rain started very very lightly a little after one. Now after 7 it is still very light. Tomorrow morning will be slippery out.
I have the breeds of chicks written down that I want to get. They are sorted by the ones that mature the fastest. With them making changes in who is running the community center in LaRue I might set up there this summer when I have extras. That will help buy my feed.

@kareng I had the mystic onyx a few years ago. The rooster was a good boy and the girls were excellent layers. They are a nice combination bird too. Get decent sized for butchering

I have never tried them. I don't remember my mom having any and she could grow almost anything
