Fun Drive to Work

Good day to you all. This morning was a fun drive to work. If you read my last post, you seen and read about the snow we got, and I woke up to about 7 inches of snow this morning. I get up and leave the house by 4am so I think I beat all the plows because they certainly did not clean the roads by the time. I left the house a little earlier than normal and it was a good thing I did. I was going maybe a little too fast for conditions and still made it there one minute late. Which is no problem since the company has a 7-minute leeway so technically I was not late but for me, it was late. I live way farther than anyone else and they all know I live about 40 miles from work, and they were all like, I’m surprised you came in at all, not to even mention getting there only a minute late. Not going to let a little snow stop me. They are saying another little snowstorm is going to come Friday night into Saturday morning and we are supposed to get 3-5 inches on that one. At least I don’t have to go anywhere on Saturday morning.
