I am going to try making mini apple pies. I have the filling thawing now and will go start them soon. I am going to do them in my cupcake pan. It will be a healthy treat and easy to take to the auction tomorrow.
I didn't do much today. Mostly walked and fed the critters. I should vacuum sometime tonight. I just wanted to stay in where it's warm. I did finally put the laundry away from a couple of days ago. I also have clothes ready for tomorrow.

Hmm... mini apple pies should be good. I hope they turn out well for you. Good luck with them.
I didn't do very much today. I was dizzy so stayed in bed most of the day.

@wolfgirl569 Oh that will make for no laundry next week!! I've got to get mine done. The laundry room is freezing here. No heat in that area of the house unless I'm cooking in the kitchen. It's right off the kitchen.

I think I am good for clothes until it's over. Blankets I can hang on chairs overnight when Jill doberman has a boo boo in her crate. My dryer is in the garage

@kareng I have a curtain over the doorway to the utility room as it doesn't have heat. It makes it a lot cooler in there but also a little warmer in the family room

Those sound really good. I have made mini pumpkin pies..kind of like an empanada.

@wolfgirl569 Cupcakes are nice but i always felt that they are "heavier" than the normal cakes that I have. It is very filling as a result.

I always make cupcakes instead of cake for that reason. But these didn't taste right. My pie crust was getting old
