Sending warm Valentine's Greetings to all of you.
May all of us enjoy this lovely day. Any plans?
The 14th of February is Valentine's Day in Korea, where women traditionally give chocolate as a token of affection to men; this is unique to Korea, where women are the primary gift givers.
In the Philippines, where my home country is, it is a huge celebration. There is a traffic jam here and there. Here, where I currently live, people do not make much fuss about this occasion.
I did not give chocolates to my husband because he is prediabetic. I am now preparing his favorite dish. Samgyupsal.
How do you celebrate the Valentine's Day in your country?

That’s a very nice way to celebrate Valentine’s Day! Preparing your husband’s favourite dish while considering his health shows your love and care in the most meaningful way. Samgyupsal looks like delicious treat! It is also amazing how different countries celebrate Valentine’s Day. I was not aware that in Korea, women give chocolates and Philippines have grand celebrations. Perhaps European and American countries might be having special day and so does a few Asian countries. In many countries, the day is celebrated with romantic flowers, gifts, chocolates and cakes. But it is also appreciating friends and family as well. Have a wonderful and memorable Valentine’d day with your husband. Enjoy the time!
