Whenever I feel hungry I find it easy to write a post on anything that I crave for
At the moment I am hungry adn it is tea time. Nothing like eating a hot masala dosa
But there is no scope for me to get one. I can only fantacise.
I have made these Dosas which are pretty time consuming What is attractive is their crispiness with a delicious potato stuffing and a chutney on the side
In the meanwhile I will have to be satisfied with just a simple bread sandwich

@allknowing l find that when l reheat some pastries, they are just like new. However that may not be the case with Dosa.

I never had Masala Dosa, but it looks delicious!
I complain pancakes are time consuming but crepes made of fermented rice and lentil don't sound any better! Thankfully you got kitchen aid now so it shouldn't be too much of a chore doing some now, as long as you got all the ingredients.
