First I want to let y’all know that the Red Velvet Pots de Crème was delightful. It was very much like mousse. The only thing that I’d change about it is the amount of the serving. I could have ate much more of it. My tastebuds were sad to finish the last bite of it.
It’s been several years since I’ve made a pineapple upside down cake and I’m craving one. Now I need to figure out a way to make it with less sugar. I want to make it for Easter, so I have time to figure the recipe out.
Do you like pineapple upside down cake ?

I don't really like pineapple. I'd take one bite and be done with it. I'm glad you like it.
Good luck with the recipe.

It's good, but not one of my favorite cakes. Couldn't you just do a splenda sugar blend, or use fake brown sugar? I have some of that and I really like it, it tastes exactly like the orignal.

Yes, we only use Splenda brown sugar and we use Stevia.

I don't tend to make much with pineapple, I only have 1 recipe for it actually.
I just returned from a little walk to a near-by grocery store for some cream cheese for a no bake recipe that I'd like to make later on this afternoon.
The snow is easily thigh deep here.

Wow, that’s a lot of snow. I haven’t lived anywhere with that much snow in decades.

Hope you can find a way to scale down the sugar so you can enjoy the pineapple upside down cake. I haven't had that in ages. It certainly would be a nice dessert for Easter.

That looks so delicious. I've used Splenda in cake recipes and had a good result. You might like to try that or even just replacing some of the sugar with Splenda.

It's not exactly my favorite, but I do eat it. However, if I were to buy or bake a cake, it wouldn’t be my choice.

My Mother always made pineapple upside down cake. It always tasted great. I have never made one before.
