I can't sleep again

It's now 3:10 in the morning but I haven't slept yet. I did crossword puzzles but sleep hasn't come yet. I boiled banana peel and I'm waiting for it to cool so that I can drink it. I read it online that it is good for insomnia so this... It's just a sort of an experiment. Just trying it. Hope it is effective and that I am doing it right.

So we were awake at the same early this morning. Anyway, I had slept for about 4 hours I guess.

Maybe it's a bit effective or it was that I was really going to sleep already. After I drank the banana peel water, I felt sleepy. I may try again tonight if it's really effective.

@Shavkat What is that blue tea? Maybe that would be better. Boiled banana peel don't taste good to me.

@pahak627 I am not sure if I can try that. But then, I prefer to drink blue tea. Regardless, I can also want to have some ginger tea instead.
