I bought some smashburgers at the grocery store the other day. I thought the patties would be together like the real smashburgers are, but they were separated, so I just ate one. I also had the rest of my low carb pizza casserole. What did you have?

It doesn't have any kind of noodles or crust. Just stuff that is basically low or no carb. There are lots of recipies for them online.

I had a Boca burger and a bowl of infamous potato soup, along with some grapes and a fiber bar. And lots of hot tea, because it’s chilly outside!

@snowy22315 — bread, although I actually did get some buns at the grocery the other day. AND some fat-free cheese.
The soup is infamously easy: bag of frozen diced potatoes (I use potatoes O’Brien but if you don’t like onions/peppers you don’t have to), container of chicken stock, shoved into the crockpot. Sometimes I add a bag of frozen chopped broccoli or a can of spicy cheese soup from Campbell’s. Then divvy it up and freeze it.

I had hummus with onions on the side. The onions are raw and are like chips that you scoop hummus and eat together.
