Later afternoon again, but I overslept a bit.

Oh well I woke up around ten then closed my eyes. Before I knew it, it was around noon. Bright side, George and I woke up and got out of bed around the same time and George endulged in a little self-care even walking into our full bath to do it. That was good to see. He's also had his morning meds, too.

Nothing wrong with sleeping in when you have nothing else better to do
I do it all the time cause I get up so early that I get a morn nap & a noon
nap in the same day just a few hours apart.

That's why I try to get up as soon as I wake up, but good to hear your sleeping in was harmless and actually got you a nice surprise. It's great George took good care of himself on his own.

There's a lot he still won't do, and some things I need to help him with, but it's all good.
