I'm not sure if that's the name for that but that is how I call it. I'm having this for lunch. Toasted bread with cheese in between the bread and heating both sides of the bread with butter. I searched google, it also known as Cheese Toastie or Jaffle. Hmm. This is the first time I hear Jaffle. How's you day?

@rakski I'm willing to be "cheese toastie" is the name someone in the UK would use for a cheese sandwich. Edit to add: A jaffle is what an Australian calls a toasted cheese sandwich. Of course, I don't know why they have really odd names for stuff but, what can you do?

Yes, that is a cheese sandwich. Never heard of Jaffle, that's something new. I add some chopped onions, coriander leaves and corn in between with some herbs. I know that my version is not an authentic cheese sandwich. Yours looks delicious!

That sounds delicious! A classic comfort food, no matter what you call it. I’ve heard of cheese toasties, but "jaffle" is a new one for me too! Might have to start using that. My day went really well. Got a lot done and feeling pretty good about it. Hope you're enjoying your cheesy, buttery goodness!
