Poor me. I'm having a hard time and struggling removing the skin of this pomelo. This one is one tough dude. I just want a taste, a bite. So you like pomelo?

Is it same as grapefruit? I like grapefruit, infact all that belong to citrus family. Yes, the skin can be tough to remove at times.

I was wondering if it was like an orange but I see in @daddyevil comment that it is like grapefruit. I would hate it .

@shaggin It's really hard to peel. I cut it in half and eat it with a grapefruit spoon. You are right, though... If you don't like grapefruit, you won't like pomelo.

Yes, I like pomelos. And I agree, they don't like being peeled. They taste like grapefruits to me.

@rakski It depends on the type of grapefruit. Red grapefruit are really sweet and the white grapefruit are sort of sour.

It's in the citrus family, cousins of orange and grapefruits. But they are slightly sweeter and bigger than them

Is it pinkish? In case, pinkish then it is sweet and juicy. It's also expensive now here in my place.

I love it! I haven't seen one here in Korea. When I was in the Philippines, my mom would buy it in summers. I like eating it with salt. But the peeling part gets me!

I’ve never had pomelo but I’ve seen these fruits in stores before. They look hard to peel so I don’t think I’ll ever try!
