What's for breakfast on this sunny and cool Thursday morning?

I am cooking up an egg for breakfast. Sunny side up. Do they call it that where you live?
I will have a bit of ham and a Christmas cookie on the side.
And coffee, of course.
How is your day shaping up? I only have five or six students at Guitar Center today.
Wheee!

@TheHorse That's called egg in a hole here. Some people smear guacamole on the bread when the egg is done. As long as the egg is completely cooked, I like that.

I had sausage gravy on a whole wheat English muffin, and then I had oatmeal. We had a shortened day at work, and lunch was on the small side.

I can't find the day... it's buried under too much snow, which is still coming down.
I did have some grape jelly on my toast this morning.

I had bread stuffed with minced chicken wrapped in omelet. My regular fruit juice and a piece of dark chocolate.

It's shaping up to be a cold one. I am glad I don't have to go out today. Tomorrow will be warmer and good for going outside.

Sunny side-up sounds so gross. I just couldn't do it. Weird that I used to eat them that way when I was younger. Ham and Christmas cookie huh? Interesting.

Yeah, it's called sunny side up in my part of Missouri, too.
We're still well below freezing here and will only reach about 17F as the high. Everything is still snow and ice covered here. The snow plow only went once down the street yesterday and didn't do a good job of clearing it. Several people got their trucks out and drove up and down the street trying to beat the snow down so cars could make it down the street. That all turned to solid ice during the night. I'm glad we don't have a reason to go outside today.
I ate a breakfast sandwich at 5:30 am when I took my morning meds but was hungry when I woke up at 9 am... so I microwaved a pouch of mixed veggies and will munch on some of those now.
I hope you have fun at work today.

We're staying in, we have some snow and ice outside and possibly a little more later.
Dale's cooking a catfish stew for dinner (late lunch/early supper) so I splurged and boiled six eggs for it.
