Another Crabby Morning

I still don't have an appetite so I only drank some water and am resting in bed for now. I managed to wake up early because I went to bed early last night, so I'm not feeling groggy and I don't have any brain fog at all today. However, I am feeling crabby due to my health problems and my inability to be productive this morning. I'm just going to rest and wait it out. In the meantime, I will go through last year's bills and make sure I have everything in place. It's important to be organized when it comes to bills to make sure you paid every single one of them and don't have any outstanding dues. I can do this from bed so that's a start at least.

@porwest I have a lot of physical and mental illnesses that are slowing me down. I need to see a therapist again, that's for sure.

It's good to hear that you don't have the brain fog today. I agree. It is important to be organized. I feel my stress and anxiety rise when things in my life become unorganized. I don't blame you for feeling crabby due to health issues. I hope they get better soon.

Thank you. I started feeling much better around 1pm. I try to keep myself distracted. from my health problems by doing things even in bed, like organizing my bills and keeping track of what I paid and if I owe any dues. Thank you so much. I am doing much better now. I get crabby when my health problems overwhelm me after I wake up in the morning at times.

Thank you. I feel like I'm starving myself today as well. No appetite. Thank you for thinking that about me. I had to distract myself from my health problems because I was feeling so frustrated.

Isn't there really anything you'd like to eat or drink? Wow, I'm turning into a grandma. As always, I wish I could give you some of my appetite. Hopefully the bills are all good and yes, I find organizing such things to be quite "soothing" too and it helps feeling productive.

Haha You are not turning into a grandma, don't worry. My own grandma never told me to eat anything even though she is 87! I ended up eating lunch which was lasagna cooked by my mama to take my medication. I felt productive while sorting through my bills so that was good at least.

That's okay. That's a very good question. I have no idea. I think I'd prefer feeling blah over crabby though. At least when you are feeling blah you can find motivation to do something while when you are feeling crabby you don't even want to do anything at all.
