BIKINI WEATHER!!!!!

Hey, hey! I told my brother that I was out in the back yard in my bikini*!!
(*Asterisk: I had six layers of clothes on over it.

It’s just too cold to go out today, so I stayed home, had two Boca burgers (for five points, including cheese on both!!), and I’m enjoying some more tea. I got a new shipment of chocolate Babka tea from the Republic of Tea yesterday, and oh it’s so good.
The other things I’m doing today are finishing up laundry, documenting all the stops I made on my trip (I have that AARP trip monitor…don’t know how long it keeps the trips stored, so I’m writing the daily stops and mileage down in a notebook), drinking more tea, and waiting for the Social Security Administration to call me back. They said the wait was 120 minutes…160 minutes ago. Oh, well, just want to make sure they get my Medicare Part B lobbed off before April.

In my estimation brothers need to have jokes played on them from time to time. I had a stepbrother for about five years when I was younger and he was mean to me all of the time. Good luck with getting a call back from the SSA. They are very low on staff. Were before and then Trump had many let go.

Ah, but they DID call back!! Amazing, isn’t it! She told me what form I need to fill out, and everything is hunky dory.
Well, except the cold weather, that still stinks.

@FourWalls So far, our experience has been that everyone tells you something different. We also have to deal with our current benefits through out retirement, so between Medicare, Social Security office which they now insist you go through and our retirement department of benefits it's all hair pulling.

Yep, didn’t say what YEAR, either.

We do not have SocialSecurity but I get my medical remibursement from my husband's office I do it once a year and they take about 3 months after submission to send me the money.

It’s efficient here as long as you give them time to be efficient. They do a pretty good job.
