Yes, it's a frozen thing, and it costs about $7 per package. It does not include rice. It includes only coated chicken and a packet of sweet/tangy sauce that you add, stir, and then stick your "oven-proof" bowl back into the oven for two additional minutes. Total cooking time is about 25 minutes.
I can get about three meals out of one package. I have some rice here that I cook on the side (boiling water and all that).
It is made by a company called Innovasian (heh), and it is called Crispy Honey Chicken. I do recommend it. I got some last week, and bought some more this week.
I'll attach a photo of my creation yesterday, and can take a photo of the box if you're interested.

I have two chicken thighs thawing for tomorrow. A good sauce to bake them with is melted salted butter, some soy sauce, some lemon juice, and Thai sauce to thicken it up then pour over chicken and bake. I usually like that with rice,

I miss oriental food. Haven't had any in quite some time. Honey chicken does sound interesting.

@celticeagle I live in the East Bay, and rarely visit SF proper. But the restaurants out here in video suburbia are good as well.

The only food I buy ready to bake are some pork ribs. I cook the rest from scratch. They do look good though.

I know that brand, and I always found it overpriced since it's frozen food so I never bought it. I'm glad you enjoyed it!

@TheHorse It's cheaper than takeout for this same dish I'm sure. Enjoy and let us know what else you buy from this brand!

I buy something similar to that. Orange chicken, basically. Just comes with the chicken and sauce packet, but it's really good, and I always add rice to it, and often some onions, bell peppers, and sometimes broccoli.
Innovasian is the brand I use as well.
