I found some cocktail cheese empanadas in the freezer.

I am slowly eating up the odds and ends I have in the freezer. A couple of times I have had to give some too old food to Luna so now I´m taking care of dating well everything and eating it in time. A few weeks ago I bought some small cheese empanadas to help out with lunch on one of the days that Anita was coming. There were some left and today I took them out. They were very good. Previously I had eaten some sweet corn with butter and salt, a bit of ice cream and now, when I was looking for some olives I found the empanadas instead. So I just ate them. They were delicious. These are the kind of foods that I have to buy. I don´t know how to make them. When Leticia worked at my house, she made empanadas once in a while and I would stand by the stove while she fried them. But those days are gone. And Leticia can´t come to my house as she lives too far away and she has several pains ever since she was run over by a car. I´m now going to wash the dishes.
