I went back home in the province in December to celebrate New Year with my family. I returned home on January 3rd. When I got back, I saw the pots of plants were disarranged and others fell. The one that fell, fell over the other plant. As I pick up the pots, I noticed that one plant had broken stems. I picked the stem with a leaf and planted it back. The attached photo is the leaf that was broken from its stem. Now it has a new leaf. I wonder how that happened.

The new leaf looks like a plant we call "Pink Splash". As long as you planted part of the stem with it, it will start a brand new plant from it.

@jobelbojel Very nice. It does look similar to the plant I named.

Some plants will propagate from very little. Now you have two plants instead of one.

Some plants really make propagation look effortless.

Nothing. I think it was the stray cat.

Many will grow from a broken part.
