Off to See the Grands!

We are fixing to take off to see the grandkids today, or at least half of them. It is my oldest grandson's birthday celebration weekend. He turned 18 yesterday. That makes me feel a little bit old. Ha! He will be taken out for pizza later today if they decide to go out as a family to celebrate tomorrow. If they want to go tonight, that is okay. I don't think we want to drive home that late and will probably just head home. I got him a dash cam for his car. The reason for that was someone hit his car last year and tried to blame the accident on him. The cop believed him although statistics did not add up and wrote my grandson a ticket and put down that he was at fault. My grandson went to court and was able to use the diagram that the cop drew out on his report to dispute the fact that he was at fault. The whole description was wrong and the cop had mentioned "at the red light," which counteracted the claim that the wreck was his fault. He won his case. We figured that the dash cam would help him out if he is ever in a situation like that again. Do you have a dash cam? Has it ever helped you out in a ticket or accident claim?
