Have you ever tried these? They are really awesome especially with the creamy goat cheese. I only had crumbled so I had to add a bit of honey .so super tasty. Try them sometimes. I bet they would work well with cream cheese or any other soft cheese as well .yum. What's for lunch at your place?

It's really good. I just put a drizzle of honey on them. You don't even need it really if you use the creamy goat cheese.

Amazing how many foods pair well with bell peppers, guessing they're the same as "sweet". I realized even peanut butter would work. But goat cheese is more savory so that's probably even better! I had something that truly reveals what region I'm from, not just the country: tongue with green sauce. It's literally pieces of a boiled calf tongue, with a sauce made of parsley, oil, vinegar, garlic and anchovies.
Do you think eating tongue is gross?

Pretty much yes. I know it probably tastes good, but I probably I wouldn't eat

@snowy22315 The taste is good if you like meat, the texture might be a little gummy instead but there are worse cuts of beef for that. The sauce makes things much better.

We had turkey/havarti sandwiches on seeded bread, purchased at the grocery store. Your peppers sound really good.

Sounds delicious, I love goat cheese. I had Cacio e Pepe that I bought at Trader Joes. It was enough to feed me and my grandson Chris. I also made the croissants that came from Wild Grain, they are lovely. I had one with lunch.

@snowy22315 It is good and cheap $4.49 the price amazes me every time I buy it. It a frozen bag and you remove the pasta and the sauce cubes and cook it in the microwave.

That sounds a great lunch. Vince nearly always has a banana sandwich and I have yoghurt or a cup of soup.
