My f riend who visited me brought me some eatables about which I have already posted. She had repeatedly asked me what I wanted from the US and finally I told her I would not midn geting a couple of Corel dinner plates. She also brought a pack of cardamom pods which she could get from her family Estates. They are expensive here. And a surprise packet of See's candies. She knows I am a chocolate foodie. I heartily thanked her and her response was that was nothing compared to the moral supoort she has been getting from me.

A set of Corelle dishes and dinnerware is expensive. We have a set here that we've been using for years. I want to buy a new one but its really quite pricey and not in my budget for now. But the quality of this brand is really worth every penny. You've got a very generous friend.

We had four Corelle dinner plates but now there is just one thanks to my maids. They managed to break them despite them being the strongest (lol)

@allknowing That's a shame three have been broken.

They are extremely expensive here. 25 grams cost me Rs. 75 when I bought them
