All Packed And Ready To Go

I am going to spend my weekend up at my sister-in-law's summer house with my entire family. This is an annual trip we make up there as a family every March for one weekend. My sister-in-law does this to do two things at the same time. Check that the whole summer house is in good condition and to bond with the entire family in one place since we all lead our own lives and are busy in our own ways. I spent all morning and noon packing everything up. My parents and I are carpooling to save on gas. It's going to be a bit of a drive so we are going to take turns driving. The summer house is still within our state, but it's in a busy touristy vacation spot so that's why it will take a few hours to reach our destination. We will be heading out this evening and then spending the entire weekend there. I don't have any freelance work today, but some of my family members do have work today so we are all heading up there when they get back from work. I look forward to this weekend eating some delicious food and resting. Hopefully, I can catch up on some sleep and enjoy the nature too. I find nature intimidating, but the fresh air can do me good. It's been a rough week. I hope the weekend is much better.
