Went to the Heart Doctor today. He wans to do a vein ablation on my right leg. I realize it needs it, but not sure if I will go through with it. Doing my research. Both legs need it, but the right leg has already started to change colors, so it will be first. If all goes well, I will do the left leg.
The nurse explained the whole thing, and it sounds okay, and I made an appointment, but it is the last week of April, so I have time to check it all out.
If I DO have it done I have to do so before June 1 as there was a sign that said they would no longer take United HealthCare Ins after June 1st. I mentioned to him, that I would not be a patient if they didn't take my Insurance. He told me that maybe I could just do Medicare...NO..with United I get quite a bit of money to pay for OTC products, rent or Utilities, and Medicare doesn't give you but MAYBE $100. So I am staying with UHC. He said they were in talks with UHC, but that UHC doesn't want to pay what they want them to. So I might have to find another heart doctor soon.

I'm so sorry. I don't know what a vein ablation is so I will have to look it up. I hope they take your insurance and if they don't, then I hope you find another doctor who will. I hope you keep us updated.

I hate having to change doctors, or insurances. Good luck on all of that.

Thankfully our health insurance scheme is not so complicated.
