Let's Bake: Homemade Peanut Butter Cookies / myLot

These are something that I make quite often, because the amount of ingredients is so low and they are so easy to make. All you need is peanut butter, sugar and an egg. I use creamy, but I am sure you could use crunchy. Just like you could add whatever else you wanted to into them. I've made them a couple times with chocolate chips. I made about 15 of them last night and I think there were two left in the container when I started making dinner. What's your favorite cookie to make?

My favorite cookie to make is chocolate chip cookie dough. And 9 times out of 10 the dough never makes it onto a cookie sheet to bake. I just end up eating the raw dough. Which is funny that I said 9 times out of 10, because about.2 hours ago I actually baked some chocolate chip cookies. Only ate a little bit of the dough. lol

@thislittlepennyearns premade dough. The last time I made homemade cookies was right before Christmas. We made sugar cookies from scratch.
