Yes, had another one of the wild flowers bloom! The Snow Bells! Snow Bells are part of the Daffodil family and these flowers are also known as Wedding Bells due to the actual flower resembling a bell. They are also known as Snow Drops. The actual bloom is white and always falls over hanging down. This is a very old flower and was given the scientific name of Galanthus way back in 1753! Do you have any Snow Bells popping up in your yard? Photo Credit: My Own

No, I've never even heard of that flower name. I should visit a nursery sometime. Have you ever been to one? It's like a greenhouse that sells all kinds of flowers, herbs, and plants. They are open all spring and summer long.

@lilacskies This couple has a couple of dogs and mosey on out too to greet the customers. They tell them to go away and not bother people. I don't mind!!

We have snowdrops here and we also have onion weed. The flowers are identical as far as I can tell but the plant smells like onion.

I'll have to go find some onion weed now. Aren't those flowers very tiny though? We have those out in the field here.

@kareng The flowers are small but I would have thought snowdrop flowers were almost as small.

usually the first flowers in spring in my garden were small blue ones back in Latvia. Those snow bells are beautiful.

Today I noticed another one. I'll have to get a photo and post on it.

Didn't see any new blooms today, but I didn't go through the park so I've probably missed some

I asked my ex about flowers at the house and he said nothing yet. That is strange as the crocuses and daffodils have usually popped up by then. My favorites are always the hyacinths because they smell so good.
