Stranger assists deputies to locate accident victim who fell into an auto accident

A male stranger who was in the right place at the right time assisted deputies with the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office (ACSO) to locate an auto that crashed in Centennial Colorado on Saturday morning on February 22 into a ditch. The male stranger told the deputies that he was driving his auto when an auto passed him at high speed when the auto crashed and landed in a ditch. The ACSO deputies waded into icy waters and had to use the Jaws Of Life that was used by the South Metro Fire Rescue to rescue one of the women who was inside of the auto that was involved in an accident while the other woman was rescued by the firefighters. The police officer thanked the stranger for helping them to locate where the auto was submerged upside down in the creek. The two women were taken by an ambulance to be treated for minor injuries before the driver was charged with a DUI charge since and she and her passenger were drunk at the time of the accident.
