"White Dream" is What

Do you typically recall your dreams? As for me, it has been a long time since I have dreamed of something. It is simply because I am a heavy sleeper. Life is not a bed of roses as compared to during my younger years. Responsibility comes from time to time. One of the responsibilities is done, and then another one will come along. It is a life cycle for me and perhaps for some of you. That is why I cannot remember my dreams lately. Once my body is lying on the bed, I usually go into a state of deep sleep. So far, this kind of sleep pattern is called a "white dream." The phrase speaks for itself. Is it common for you to recall your dreams? Are you a "white dreamer"? Are you a light or heavy sleeper? @TheHorse I just read an article, and the author used this term. Might as well share it here, too. I am glad that you still remember your dreams upon waking up.

@Shavkat I think most of us do that to a agree, or start thinking of something else instead of paying attention to what we are doing.

I don't think I dream . . . I don't get that deep sleep as I wake up every 2-3 hours. I might have some vague memories of "something" at times, but I never really remember. I wish I could sleep heavier.

I hope you could have deep sleep. Even if I do not want to, I usually have it because of being tired every day.

I only remember my dreams if somebody or something wakes me up while I'm dreaming. I'm a very light sleeper and wake up for the smallest sounds around me. (Sounds that are normal in our house don't wake me up. But if something that isn't normal for me to hear in our house happens, I wake up.) Pretty walked into my bedroom a few days ago and I startled awake. She was trying not to wake me.... Pretty can sleep through me standing in her bedroom door calling her name... I have to shake her bed before she'll wake up.

I used to be a light sleeper. Now, I seldom experience this. I always feel the sleepiness right after having classes online that usually ends up at midnight. It seems Pretty is a bit sneaky not to wake you up. Unfortunately, you were awaken.

@Shavkat When you get up early and teach late, you should feel sleepy by the time you get ready for bed. She tries to be quiet because I jump if I hear anything and that scares both of us.

I am a medium sleeper since my hours of sleep last around six to seven hours. Some of my dreams are related to being concerned about not making enough money to assist my relatives meet their needs.

I have some episodes. If I am thinking of something before sleeping, it could run into my dreams.

I won’t repeat my thoughts of a white dream - I wont ask!

I guess you are right. I will not wander if I cannot remember my dream.
