I just found a survey that wanted to pay you to exercise 4 times a week or something for money. I thought I will do that, that would encourage me to exercise, although I think they wanted people in the UK or something or those who didn't exercise at all neither of which is me, so I had to pass. I don't really have a great place to do it in here, but one of the rooms is carpeted. I do have a pilates mat but it isn't thin. That is an idea of something to get on Amazon though a padded mat. I would do more things like that if I could use the floor easier.

If they had an app that tracked how many steps per day you walked and paid you.. the more steps, the more $$ I would totally do that for some extra cash.
Was it that kind of gpt app? Or were they looking more for workout routines, like aerobics or jazzercise.. I would pass on those.

No, I am on one of those apps, but it seems like you need to do a lot of steps before you are eligible for payment.

@snowy22315 How many steps? Sometimes (when I’m awake long enough) I can pull off 16,000
Let me know, if you happen to read this and thanks @snowy

@Melanie_Marie It depends on the app you use.

That survey sounds like it would motivate people to exercise. Double benefits...exercise for health and getting paid

Yeah, I think I am going to order myself a padded exercise mat. I would like to do some floor exercises, but I couldn't do them on this floor..although I do have blankets. I guess that would work. I didn't think of that previously, This throw I am sitting under now is really soft and thick. Plus there is a sleeping bag. and a blanket I am not using easily available. Glad I started thinking about this..

That sounds good. Medicare has a silver sneakers program, but there aren't any gyms in this area that participate in it, to my knowledge. I know my first roomie had to go about a half an hour away to use it. I would like just playing pickleball again though. I should get started with that again.
