Do you still remember Skype?

I started to use Skype long time ago as it could make an international call in low price. But today we already use other apps which can have a live talk we don't have to make a call. This is why Skype is still in my phone but I hardly use it for years. Now I heard a news that Skype will be gone in May this year. It seems that Microsoft gives up some old software. In the past it was MSN and now it's Skype.

I know I have a Skype account even though I never used it. And I still use MSN. I use WhatsApp to make international calls and texts. That's how I contact my Indian friends from myLot as well as some of my Filipino and Indonesian friends from myLot, too.

Frankly, I don't know MSN can still work today. It seems everybody is "offline"?

@grenery8 Yes, sometimes good things are gone due to the company thinks it doesn't make a profit By the way, today I deleted Skype to free some space in my phone. Anyway, nobody is online there and it will be gone soon. So no need to keep it

Oh yeah, we're bidding good bye to Skype soon. I guess its relevance has declined due to competition from other messaging and video call apps that has emerged thru the years. Microsoft is now focusing more on Teams as its main communication platform.

Yes, today there are many apps which can take place of Skype. Skype seems to remain the same and dooesn't have good improvements.

In fact I think Skype is easy to use. I wonder whether it is slow or something like that due to fewer people use it.
