Hey, everyone! Good morning. The weather is getting hotter by the day in here. How about you? How's the weather at your place?
I have recently picked up my old routine of exercising every morning. I started doing 10 minute exercises, and I did a few squats and other strengthening exercises. My legs, especially thighs hurt a lot. Can't even lift my leg, still had to drag my aching body to work. I hope the pain reduces soon.
How about you guys, how often do you all workout?

I live in the US and we're expecting snow sometime tonight.
I recently started lifting weights but only my arms every other day.

Wow, I have never seen snow in my life. I wish I could be there to enjoy it.
. Lifting weights is a good exercise, I have to start sometime soon. Don't forget to apply meds for the pain.

@manasamanu I think I can show you a picture of my front yard covered in the last snow we had a couple of weeks ago.
I don't work out until it hurts. That doesn't help muscles grow.
Photo is mine. My front yard.

I do some or the other form of exercise daily ranging from 20 minutes to an hour depending on the time that I can afford. You are not so regular with your workout and that's why you got the pain. Start slow and increase your time gradually.

I do want to do it regularly, but then you know, one day I don't feel like, the other day I am sleepy, and the next day I am running around getting ready to work. But you are right I need to practice to be even more disciplined and be regular with my workouts.

@Dreamerby Yes, I do yoga. 15 minutes of pranayam every day. And I go for yoga asanas two to three times in a week.

@manasamanu It's about half an hour on foot. So it's fine for me.

Lol instead of exercising, I try to eat less and that's the easiest way to get my mom furious!

I've been doing strength training but avoiding legs because I ride the stationary bike and walk at least 10k steps a day, my legs are always fatigued. I believe they really need to recover so no squats for me. I do RDLs though, with dumb bells.

I fell like I am talking to a gym coach. There are many words foreign to me until I do it myself.
Good for you, take it slow once your legs retire from fatigue.

Lol !Hey! Good morning. The weather here is pretty warm too, but manageable. Sounds like you're getting back into a solid routin nice job! The soreness is tough at first, but it means your muscles are waking up. Give it a few days, and it’ll get better. Maybe try some light stretching or a warm bath to ease the pain.
As for me, I try to stay active, but I wouldn't say I have a strict workout routine. How often do you usually exercise when you're in the groove?...
