Tonight’s dinner / myLot

I have lots of pasta at home and turkey bacon that needs to be consumed so I decided that tonight’s dinner will pasta. I will boil the pasta and then put it in the skillet with some Rao’s marinara sauce. To that I will add fried turkey bacon, sautéed garlic and onion, and fried string beans. And I will also fry up some king oyster mushrooms. It should be a pretty tasty meal. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Time to cook. I already sliced everything earlier so I just have to pop it all into the skillets. This makes things easier and less time consuming.

I did. I boiled a 12 oz pack of mini penne. With everything added it turned out to be a huge portion per person. Ate it all but should’ve probably divided it for two dinners.
