One of my my daughter's favorite pasta. But for this I cannot say it is really good because I tasted other restaurants better. They claimed they used four cheese. It is cheesy alright but bland if I may say. I know some of you cook Mac and cheese, I tried it once too but it has been a long while. Any recipes you can recommend?

I can't seem to make it from scratch. I've tried but it never works and I just don't have the money to keep trying. I'll stick with the kraft mac and cheese lol. It works for me.

I rarely ever make it from scratch. I just buy it in a box. But that would be a bummer get a bland one.

I love Mac & Cheese it's not good for my health, but I can eat a little at a time like a bowl every other week, I put Hamburger in mine & make it more saucy with a little more milk than normal "not more cheese" I add a little Butter to it B-4 the milk so the butter melts & then the milk after I have stirred in the cheese with the butter.

@rakski It is, but saucy wasn't the word I was looking for "creamy" is the way I like mine, with just a pinch of season all.

That's also my granddaughter's favorite pasta. Her mom sometimes cooked mac and cheese for her but most of the time they bought it cooked at the food chain.

I don't like Mac and Cheese. My mom made is so often that I got burned out on it when I still lived with her. Now, Pretty buys it and makes it for herself. Even seeing macaroni noodles in something else makes me not want to eat that, either.

I use packaged mac and cheese just bought a white cheddar and black pepper kind but have not tried it yet. A long time ago I used to make a casserole that was tasty with Campbells cheddar cheese soup, elbow macaroni and a couple of cans of tuna,

It is simple to make just add a little milk and grated cheese to the pasta while it is hot.

I haven't made mac & cheese in awhile but I only use extra sharp cheddar and I grate it myself. The already shredded stuff you can buy doesn't melt as well.
