Zillow Has the Best Platform

It is so user friendly for searching for rentals.
Redfin and others I have found to be clumsy and not user intuitive.
Nor Realtor or Homes don't come. close.somewhat but still not good.
These days though, no matter which platform, there are an intense amount of scammers.
One has to be so very careful.
I do not know how others can be so silly as to hand over money to a stranger.
It just does not make sense.
But then, the scammers know people are very gullible.
Of course everyone surely knows Craigslist is full of scammers and dangerous individuals.

I don’t think I’d even go to Craigslist’s website, that’s how dangerous I perceive them!

I've been on Zillow, and it is a very good site OT. My sibs and I used it to sell my parents Florida Condo when they passed.
I've had good luck using Craigs List to sell things, but you are right, one must be very careful especially if you are shipping an item to someone in another state.

I haven't looked at those sites in a while . . . but I did notice much has changed on such sites from years back. Craigslist used to be "good" - I did use that all the time. But then things got snakey there - maybe even dangerous.
