I Just About Jumped Out of My Skin

My husband and I had been sitting outside in our driveway for 90 minutes talking and enjoying the sunshine and fresh air and warm temperature (60F) today. All of a sudden I heard a hissing sound and I jumped about two feet out of my skin. As it turns out the landscapers were turning on the irrigation system for the first time this year and they were blowing them out and it scared the heck out of me.

I think I would've too. We don't have that service anymore, but when we did, people ran the sprinklers year-round.
