Trump sued again. Appeal rejected. Do you believe in the Constitution? Have you ever been unjustly fired?

Some of the federal employees who have been illegally fired are filing lawsuits against Donald Trump. Another Court has rejected Trump's attempt to overturn these lawsuits. Trump wants these lawsuits to go to our supreme court, where he has appointed some lapdogs in his first term. Please watch the attached video. It will confirm what some of you already know. It will be educational to others among of you. Have you ever been unjustly fired from a job? Was there a course of action for you?

@TheHorse Accidentally pushed a container of molten aluminium into a tub full of magnesium scraps. The resulting flame was very pretty to look at and it rose to meet the ceiling. Next day I found a job packing fruit and vegetables. The oranges were fired out of a machine for me to put into nets of three oranges but they came so quickly and I couldn’t keep up so I was moved on to peppers. That was worse so I bought a ticket on the Magic Bus for. Athens and ended up picking cucumbers all summer in Crete living in a cave.

I am just wondering what he is going to do because everything he is doing is to give him more power. The courts are the only thing stopping him and Musk at this point. Not even the military is standing up to him or law enforcement who also follow oaths to the constitution. Our congress is a joke. Even Supreme Court put him in check, and almost half were appointed by him. I am wondering what he will do to have them bow down like the rest of our spineless leaders.

@TheHorse People protest All the time, but it seems to go in one ear and out the other with most Americans. People are selfish and most will not do anything till it effects them. So if there is ever another revolution. homie must have messed up bad.

I find it odd that much of what he is doing is illegal and unconstitutional, yet fired workers have to go to court to seek justice. If his "administration" really represents a coup, is there going to be a counter-revolution? I have read that people are protesting but I have not seen it with my own eyes.

I think I was, but I was a probationary employee, so wasn't alot I could do. I would have had more rights if I was permanent. Good for them, for suing Trump. I hope so of those law suits prevail, but I suspect it will be hard to hold him accountable. Making his life miserable though..seems like a good first step.

I think his life is already miserable. Can you imagine what it's like to be an 80-year-old man who is morbidly obese, poops his pants, is close to functionally illiterate, and is hated by most of those around him?

My busy brain wants to know who is paying for all this lawyer junk that Trump is doing. I probably know the sad answer.

I was unjustly fired one time; but it led to a 10-year job that earned me a lot of $. It turned out OK.

I have been fired from a few. But never my "big jobs." There is a lot of corruption in small agencies where I live. Once (at a small and very corrupt agency), I was a "whistle blower." I was eventually axed.

@TheHorse I'm sorry you have been fired. Whistleblowers always get fired and even blacklisted from the industry. You were bound to get axed. Whistleblowers are underrated heroes. You are one.

No action for my last job because the shop needs to fire employees because of to much number of employees.
