Hey there, I know it might feel like you're drifting without direction right now. It's okay to feel lost- it's a part of the journey everyone goes through at some point. Remember, even in the darkest nights, stars still shine the brightest.
Take a deep breath and give yourself some grace. It's okay not to have all the answers. You don't have to figure everything out all at once. Instead focus on small steps. What's one tiny thing you can do today that brings you a bit of joy or moves you a step closer to where you want to be.
Surround yourself with things and people that lift you up, Sometimes the best way to find your path is to explore new interests, meet new people, or even revisit old passions that once brought you joy. Stay positive!
Have a great day!

Words everyone needs at some point. I know I have sometimes. It's a good reminder to stop and breathe for a minute. That it's okay to do that.

@MNRFOLEY Sometimes you need to hear it though. Sometimes everything piles on and you can't find your way out and those words can be a life line.
