Guess What Came In?

Yay, my greenhouse arrived! It actually came in yesterday. Tracking had not been updated, gotta love Fed EX--well, no you don't!
I put it under the shed for now because knowing a big storm and high winds were on the way was not time to put the greenhouse up. It can wait until next week when it dries up a bit.
I believe I will put it on the west side of the house. I would prefer the east side, but no water supply over on that side and I don't want to have to haul water to water plants. It should get plenty of sunlight and some shade in the hottest parts of the day from an oak tree nearby.
I am hoping this will be an easy set up. But you know how that goes!

Fed-Ex: when it absolutely, positively has to be there in…oh, 12, 13 days.

Or not at all. They are horrible in my area. They just throw packages out in the yard, driveway, etc. We were leaving when we saw this package. It was about mid-way down the driveway. And you know a big package is noticeable from the street.

Starting seed for our garden is one. Also, I want to house the trees I dig up in a protected area. I sell these on Ebay. I always run out each year and this way I can have more space and more available after rooting takes to store and house them.

Congratulations on getting a greenhouse, I always wanted a small one.
My husband's family had 2 large greenhouses while he was growing up, until he was an adult.
They started seedlings in the winter months, and transplanted them into the field to grow vegetables and with the flowers his Mom would do up pots for people who would bring their planters by and drop them off.
The vegetables and rest of the flowers they sold on the market square in town.
So, after seeing how much work a greenhouse is, he was never really keen on us having one.
Which I was fine with, but oh it would have been nice.

It's so relaxing to me! I love shadowing my grandfather growing up. He grew camellias and had so many. He had their yard planted with them all over, our yard and my uncle's yard, who was next to our house. It was so pretty when they were all in bloom driving by!

@wolfgirl569 Says being delivered back to the seller. Go figure. My refund better be back in my account Monday. Doesn't make sense for the seller to cancel. I'm thinking the package got to distribution center and they saw it was over 60 lb. and said nope, not gonna happen. No clue!

Best of luck in setting it up. Now you can grow great tomatoes and cucumbers. We did in ours in Latvia,

How exciting! You should be able to shelter quite a number of different plants there. Good luck with the installation!
