Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 41 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is just 53. I woke up at 4am because OF COURSE I would on a day off when the alarm isn't set.

I will definitely be napping today at some point. I don't have any big plans for the day. No dog-watching. No going anywhere. Fine with me!

I've got some kitchen projects in mind--high protein egg bagels, cinnamon rolls, and bolognese. Who knows what else I'll get up to?

@njchicaa 43 degrees here and the sun is shining sharply in a cloudless sky. The laundry’s flapping in the breeze and we’ll take a picnic up the coast to Cushendun and dander along the beach.

Good morning. It's 60F and breezy this morning in Missouri. We still have solid overcast skies but only a 3% chance of rain this morning. (I just checked the forecast and 60F is our high today. We'll be getting colder as the day goes on.) I am having trouble breathing this morning so I used an epi-pen. If my breathing doesn't ease in a little while, I'll be heading to the ER. I hope you have a good day.
