A Hot Cup of Coffee on a Stormy Day

It's raining pretty hard out there right now. It just started. It was gloomy from after the 6 am thunderstorm until noon. Gonna rain and be windy all day I think. We just got home from lunch at Texas Roadhouse and I brewed a cup of decaf coffee with some vanilla sugar-free syrup flavoring in it. What are you doing today?

It was Logan's Roadhouse that did the peanuts on the floor thing and they don't do it anymore.

Storming here all day, I think we are over the worst part. Several tornadoes touched down in the area also. We had planned a stay at home day since we had the warning of severe weather.

Yesterday was dry but very, very overcast. Kind of a dreary day altogether after all the storms and tornados we got. Other than that, we went to a different Walmart a few towns away and got some things taken off the list and then had an impromptu visit with my sister and brother in law after we dropped mom off (she lives with my sister).
