Can't make this stuff up

My neighbor Smoky McSmokerson rang the bell earlier today. Fine. I opened up the door and he told me that there was a pizza on my car. I was all "WTF" because I definitely did not order pizza and even if I did why would it be on the trunk of my car? Sure enough there was a box with a pizza on the trunk of my tiny car. It was pepperoni and pineapple. OH HELL NO. I mean I wouldn't eat a random pizza anyway but I certainly wouldn't eat pizza with pineapple on it. But the fact that there was fruit on it truly shows that I never would have ordered it. I sent it straight to the dumpster. Apartment life is certainly interesting. At least a random pizza on my car is better than the blood smears from last summer.

I’m pleased I have a garage to keep my car in. I couldn’t cope with leaving it in the street for all and sundry to mess with it. The pigeons are the worst for crapping on cars, but I’ve never heard of a pizza being left on a car. Maybe someone left it there temporarily and was coming back? I don’t mind pineapple on pizza.

@NJChicaa Pineapple is my favourite fruit. When it’s charred on a pizza, it takes it to another level.

I would think pretty much anyone would be afraid to eat a random pizza left on a car. Who knows where it came from or who tampered with it. I hate wasting food, but I would have done the same thing. There are some very strange people out there, doing very strange things. Ugh.

Maybe you should have offered it to Smoky. Or maybe he put it there and that's his way of flirting. Was it hot?

It is quite interesting that you do not eat pizza with pineapple on it. In my country, we have pineapple and ham in pizza which was being call Hawaiian pizza. It is decent but definitely not my first choice. Blood smear last summer? Fill me in.

Someone in the next building got stabbed by his girlfriend and he went all around trying to find help. Blood everywhere on railings, cars, sidewalks, etc.

Why would someone leave a pizza on the trunk of a random car? That's weird... not to mention ruining a pizza with pineapple. Whoever ordered that has no sense of taste.

@NJChicaa Oh, that would upset me... If I ordered something to be delivered, I'd want it delivered to my door. (There is no delivery here so that's not going to happen.)

I'm sure it was a lazy DoorDash or UberEats driver. My car is central in the parking spots to the building. So many delivery people leave stuff on the 1st floor when they are for the rest of us on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

You didn't go find a homeless person and give over the pizza?

Nope. I tossed it. No homeless people around here that I know of.

@NJChicaa You are a teacher, and you interact with many people, all day, every day. Some kids have been known to do weird and mean tricks to teachers...and it could well have been a disgruntled student, or even a parent who thought their kid deserved a better grade, messing with a pizza and possibly doing something to it. A friend is a teacher. She had to flunk a student who never turned in any work at all. The student's dad bought a florist indoor plant, and put feces in the dirt, and put it on the teacher's porch in the doorway. She caught it on her ring camera. Nasty. And food, if you do not know who handled it, is never a good thing to trust.
