Weather: Dipping Back Into the 30's Tonight

Well, as if this storm yesterday didn't do enough havoc with all of the tornadoes, it has also brought us back to a low of in the 30's tonight. I was really hoping that those nights were over with! Not!
I only see this one night in the 10 day forecast, so maybe this will be the final night. It was quite nippy last night. We went to bed with the AC on in the bedroom, so that was quite a surprise to wake up and it being cold.
Our high today in southern Mississippi is going to be 66, along with sunshine! That will be nice!
How is the weather today in your area? Is that storm hitting you today? Anyone else with chilly lows tonight?

We reached 28F during last night. Pretty still had the air running. I switched it back to heat about midnight. We're supposed to reach 36F tonight.
It's 47F at 2:10 pm. So still a little chilly today.

Right! We had our AC on when we went to bed. My husband woke up before daylight and turned his side of the electric blanket on. I was out of it and didn't wake up enough to bother to turn my side on. When I got up, I realized just how chilly it was. He then turned the heat back on!
It's nice outdoors temp wise at 67, but the wind has increased now to 18mph. We dip back to 39 again tonight.

@DaddyEvil No Mother Nature keeps teasing us and I have had enough of that! Our wind is finally down to 5 mph here. It was bad here and up to 18mph earlier.

@kareng When I went in to talk to Pretty about turning the heat back on last night, I found her wrapped like a burrito in blankets. I told her it was 63F in my bedroom and I was turning the heat back on... She told me she didn't care.
We only reached 53F today so the heat is still on. We still have an 8 mph breeze here.
I'd LIKE it to be spring but it isn't, yet.

It's a balmy 31, supposed to get down to 22 tonight. Then two warmer days, then Wednesday it seems we will have big winds, thunderstorms, and hail once again. I can honestly say I can live without the hail, but no one asked me, so...

Ours appears to have moved to late Wednesday evening/middle of the night again. Time will tell, once again.
I love a good thunderstorm, but I am not fond of tornados.

@LindaOHio Yes, it was. Another bad storm hits Sunday. This will make 3 weeks in a row of bad weather and tornadoes.

@kareng — I told my brother that the weather radio described it as “temperatures falling into the 40s in the afternoon,” but it felt more like the temperatures jumped off a cliff instead of “fell.”
