Examination from a store lady while all i had to do is just to pick up my new glasses

They called me yesterday to pick up my glasses and today, while only doing that, i had to answer on questions did they call me, is this for me, what's my surname in a very fast pace. It really got me angry and i was about to say something but i didn't but i wish i had.
This approach is wrong and i complained them on their email. They'll probably ignore me but i won't ever go there again.
My mum bought me a new glasses while she stayed here, last weekend and we went, when it was heavily raining to this glasses store. I thought i would get some discount and i did but additional costs, 2 of them, which i could have declined but my mum said no, that i need them. She wanted for me to have good protection on my glasses and i hate when glasses experts do that, they charge for shortening lens so, that's a second thing. In online offer that i used, they said that reflection expenses are included but who would know them. That bugged me but i thought i will be enjoying today, which i didn't. Maybe some would think and say i like pampering, that is not the case.
I like saying hello to me, not being intimitading or rude and treat me with some respect as a customer cause, i did leave, actually my mum, a big amount of money at your store.
So, 149 euros, almost the same in dollars and today, i felt very negative. I felt bullied. I know customer service is declining but treating me like you're interrogating me, without any pause or good feeling, a pure negativity, like i did something to this person, i won't stand it anymore. Shame on them and i don't need it. We have negativity already too much in our lives.

Sorry you had this experience when just going to pick up your glasses. I would be upset too.
I guess the last bad customer service was eating out, where the waitresses paid more attention to bussing tables and cleaning up vacant tables than asking current customers if everything was okay or refilling glasses.

it was a lovely day. everything was good, the traffic, not a lot of people, 9 a.m. and than bam, like i was being trialed or something. i hate going to restaurants because of that too; it's like you're there but invisible. i'm sorry.

I'm sorry that happened to you. I hope you hear from Customer Service after the email you sent complaining about the rude lady/bad service.

customer service or the owner called me after i also posted my experience on facebook; but i hang up cause i sent an email and stated i don't want to be called. i sent another email today. she can pretend or ignore but that's it. i don't want to complicate my life anymore. but, after that or this spring blues, i feel a bit down. i wore glasses but i feel they ripped my mother who paid for this; protection from the screen should be in discount price. it is interesting that owner didn't mention that in her whatsapp message. i am also down about constant inequality in my country. rude people work and honest don't. always the same employers and shaddy ones. i am tired of that. and sorry for venting too much

@grenery8 Never be sorry for being upset about something. You have a right to decent treatment and should be able to vent when you feel the need.

@greenery8 This did happen to me a while back I'm sorry you experienced this too. I didn't make a scene, but I made the staff feel I'm not happy with the service given. It is really disappointing sometimes; you are just expecting good customer service and that's even the bare minimum and they can't even provide that. These people shouldn't be working in this line of business or maybe these businesses should train their staff better.

i wish i told her something; glad that you did. and when she thanked me, that was not the thanks i wanted. nutcase is a word that comes to my mind. you are right; we just want that small minimum and training a woman of 45-50 years old, that's absurd, she knew what she was doing. owner, i think it was, called me but i hang up, sent me a whatsapp message saying sorry and that i can reach her cause she doesn't know what happened. i reached her via email. i guess she's ignoring that too. i also think she called me because i posted my experience on their facebook. and calling me without my consent, i don't like that.

i sent an email but when i posted this on their facebook, i immediately received the call, which i declined. the owner or not sure who, stated just her name. after declining, she sent me a whatsapp message in which she wrote she doesn't know what happened. i sent an email. why is she doing this, not sure but i'm sick of it. thank you for your support.
