The mornings are getting chilly now

Is summer finally over? There was a touch of rain yesterday and today I woke up to see my car window still misted up due to the morning chill. I had to wear my jacket when I left home at 8 am. The day will still warm up around mid day, but I'm not sure if we will hit the 30s (Celsius) again. I am not fond of the winter which seems like it's just around the corner.

It definitely sounds like summer is making its exit! Those chilly mornings are a sure sign. Hopefully, the days stay warm for a bit longer before winter fully sets in. I’m with you—not a fan of the cold!

We're into Spring weather here but I'm sure we'll get more cold before Summer arrives. We had ice and snow yesterday morning but it all melted off before noon.

@pitstop You'd enjoy it for a while for the variety but then, like those of us who live with it every year, you'd get tired of it.
When I was a kid, I LOVED Winter but I didn't HAVE to go out in it if I didn't want to. As an adult, I hate the cold, snow and ice. I just don't want to deal with it. Being forced by a job to go out and deal with the cold, snow or ice sucks!
