Getting help with computer

Called the company I bought the desk top from. They tried to fix it on line, but they are sending me a CD that will take windows 11 off the computer, and then re-install Windows 11. Hoping that works. If not I guess I will have to send it back to them and get a replacement. Right now I can be on line for maybe 10-15 minutes before it goes nutty. LOL

That sounds frustrating! Hopefully, the reinstall does the trick so you don’t have to send it back. Tech issues are the worst! Fingers crossed for a quick fix.

I hate when my devices goes on the blink
That's why I have like 3 of them 1 desktop ,
1 laptop, & 1 tablet that way I have a computer
at hand no matter where I am.

I have one that works, but it would have to be hooked up to the Ethernet, but the modem is in another room, and just would be ridiculous to even try. I could set it up and play games on it though. LOL just no FB games.
