Sorry I was MIA yesterday. I was so tired I couldn't even think about coming here. My husband's 2nd cousin will be coming over to do some things for me today (3/23). There is a lot to do plus she is going through stacks of stuff that were in the Florida room where my husband watched TV and slept in a recliner. She is also going to go through the rest of the house, working on donating and downsizing. Breakfast - PB&J sandwich Lunch - Frozen dinner - Beef Pot Roast Dessert/Snack - Cranberry orange muffin Dinner - Frozen dinner - Fettuccine Alfredo What did you eat yesterday? Photo Credit: Pixabay

Understandable, that happens sometimes. ' Sounds like interesting meals - I had chicken for one meal and pizza for the other.

Yesterday I had cereal, PBJ sand and in the evening I went to a vegetarian dinner which was a real smorgasbord.

@LindaOHio Mac and cheese made vegan a variety of salads main dishes and desserts, veggie meatballs, a vegan brownie cake to die for. Potato salad with vegenaise. Everything you would find at a traditional potluck just veggie style. I made a wacky chocolate cake that had no milk eggs or butter. Yay me!

@LindaOHio I understand. I'm starting to downsize, too, thinking of my "next move"... mostly whittling down my books, getting rid of ones I don't think I want to read again.

After 54 years of marriage I have tons of "stuff". In case I should die or want to move to assisted living, I MUST get rid of as much stuff as possible.

Yesterday was DIFFERENT! (Not really ) Baked potato & cheese & chicken at Mark’s, then beef stew for dinner. Those So Delicious strawberry cheesecake desserts, fiber, and peaches! Don’t forget to rest up and take care of yourself.

Never a need to apologize for an absence here. We're with you even when you're not here. Yesterday was a full non-cook day. Went over to my niece's about an hour away for her son's 5th birthday and we were served hamburgers and hot dogs off the grill, and later that evening pizzas were ordered. All went well and it was all good eats.

Beef pot roast sounds really nice. My breakfast yesterday was bread, for lunch I had blue pea rice, rendang beef, lady fingers, roasted potato. At night, I have mixed pork soup.
